Sarah Beth Sappah has joined Weichert, Realtors-Ruffino Real Estate in Milford, where she will be assisting home buyers and sellers in Pike and Wayne counties with all their real estate needs.

“We are excited to have a real estate professional with Sarah’s experience join our team of talented agents,” said Donna Ruffino, the broker/owner. “Sarah’s desire to provide the highest level of service in the real estate industry will be a tremendous asset to our office.”

Originally from Tuxedo Park, N.Y., Sappah spent most of her life in Blairstown, N.J., where she was first licensed as a real estate agent and worked as a tool designer for 25 years. Sappah and her husband, Guy, live in Wild Acres.

When she is not assisting her real estate clients, Sappah enjoys partaking in the many outdoor activities Pike County has to offer as well as spending time with her three children, six grandchildren, and her golden retriever, and one-year old kitten.

Jennie Waligroski, an award-winning, top-producing local realtor, has joined Century21 Geba Realty.

"I’m thrilled to have Jennie as part of our Geba Realty team,” said Donna Geba, broker/owner. "She is professional, courteous and dedicated."

She has gone beyond state education requirements by successfully completing the curriculum to be awarded the prestigious e-Pro, GRI, SFR, and SRES Designations. Waligroski has served on the Sullivan County Board of Realtors as secretary for 2017 and has been re-elected to serve another term for 2018.
