— Weichert, Realtors-Ruffino Real Estate in Milford recently announced its 2017 Office Award winners.

Realtors John Sweeney and Donna Ruffino were named the top producing agents for 2017 at the Weichert affiliate, while realtor Angela Ramsey was named the office’s Rookie of the Year.

The awards are based on gross commission income or units earned in 2017.

“I challenge my agents every day to offer the best real estate service in the area, which helps make our office a preferred destination for home buyers and sellers in Pike and Wayne counties,” said Ruffino, who is also the broker/owner of the company. “John and Angela were extremely successful in 2017 and have raised the bar for the other agents in our office as they strive to reach new levels of real estate success in 2018.”

Sweeney and Ramsey were each named Top Agents of the Month at the Milford-based agency several times last year, which contributed to their respective 2017 Office Awards.

“It’s an honor to be recognized for my real estate accomplishments in 2017,” said Sweeney, “The success I had last year would not have been possible, however, unless I took full advantage of the resources provided by Weichert to create a memorable experience for my clients.”

Ramsey also took advantage of those same resources as well as the coaching and mentoring offered by her office colleagues.

“Donna, John and the other agents here in the office helped me immensely during my first year in real estate and I can’t thank them enough,” said Ramsey. “The support I received allowed me to represent my clients with the utmost confidence.”

Weichert, Realtors-Ruffino Real Estate is an independently owned and operated Weichert affiliate. The office serves Pike and Wayne counties.
