Angela Rose Gleason of Milford, Pa., dies at age 81

Angela Rose Gleason of Milford, Pa., passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018, in Milford. She was 81.

Daughter of the late Aniello and Amelia (Castaldo) Monteleone, she was born on Dec. 10, 1936 in the Bronx, N.Y.

She was a longtime resident and member of the St. Patrick’s Church, Milford.

She leaves behind her husband of 62 years, J. Neil Gleason of Milford; children, Neil Gleason Jr. and his wife, Wendy, of Atlanta, Ga., Karen Loeschorn and her husband, Ed, of Milford, Deena Slain and her husband, Tim, of Montague, N.J., Sharon Williges and her husband, Steve, of Stroudsburg, Pa., and Gina Palko of Lafayette, N.J.; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and brother, Joseph Monteleone and wife, Marion, of Garrison, N.Y.

A Mass of Christian Burial had been scheduled for Saturday, March 3, at St. Patrick’s Church, Milford, with the Rev. Alfred Vito officiating.
