No storm guidance from Milford Township, or anyone else

Editor's note: The following email was sent early Sunday morning, March 11.

To the Editor:

It's the status quo in Pine Acres. Looks like a war zone. We do have electricity. Fallen trees and wires are lying on the street. No phone service. No cable. No TV. Erratic internet. Milford Township officials have done nothing to help or advise us where to seek shelter or find out where to seek answers. I am a woman of almost 80. I live alone No one even checked to see how I was doing except my next door neighbor, Jeff, who is a member of The Milford Fire Department.
