DV to hold Special Olympics and Resource Fair on May 9

MILFORD — The Delaware Valley School District will host more than 300 special-needs athletes at the annual Special Olympic “Area P” Field Day Invitational on Wednesday, May 9, at Warrior Stadium on Route 6 and 209 in Milford (rain date is May 10). The invitational is free and open to the public.

Resource FairA Special Needs Resource Fair will be held at the games, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The fair is sponsored by the Delaware Valley School District and NPPODS and friends.

Providers who service the special needs community throughout Pike County will be there to provide free information for families, friends and care providers.
